  • Is there a dress code for the conference? What should I wear?
    What do you feel confident in, when networking with professionals and students? We recommend something in the business casual to business formal zone.
  • What should students prepare?
    Things for networking, like an elevator pitch, updated LinkedIn, and business cards if you have them. Personal care items, e.g. Band Aids, Tide stick, tissues, portable charger, etc. Notebook/pens for taking notes.
  • Are meals provided? Are there dietary accommodations?
    Exciting news! Yes. PR Advanced will provide breakfast and lunch on the day. Generally, we offer a vegan option. We'll update this FAQ with more details as soon as we lock down our catering.
  • What ticket types are there? How much do they cost?
    Early bird tickets cost USD$25, while regular tickets cost USD$35. The early bird period ends on January 17th, so make sure to grab them while you can!
  • Where can I register?
    Registration is open! Take a look at our Eventbrite for ticketing.
  • When/where is the conference?
    The conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., February 22, 2025 at the Boston University Photonics Building.
  • Is there parking?
    Parking instructions will be provided to speakers and sponsors on a case-by-case basis. There may be parking passes available for attendees. Fill out our contact form for more information!
  • How can I get there?
    Boston is traveler-friendly, with a variety of public transportation options! The closest airport is Boston Logan. The closest subway stop is BU Central on the Green Line B. The closest bus stop is Commonwealth Avenue @ St. Mary’s St, reachable via route 57.
